He does what he does best. Making kuey teow soup. The only true open recipe when it comes to making a syiok Kuey Teow Thng is the soup. This is where so many have failed too. Sounds simple enough but to get just the rite mixture of sweetness in the soup is a daunting task to many.
But not this Man... he is the best in the market. To be truly honest... sometimes.. the stuff is better than morning sex. His business is usually brisk and smooth not overly crowded like some famous hawkers.
overall, the kopitiam has a nice old antique set up to it. Even the table top is marble with the old wooden chair. I like it there.. maybe it is the whole atmosphere where people just go through their pace and the crowd is nice and calm.
